 Tomas Sörensson holds a PhD from the Stockholm School of Economics (1993) and is currently associate professor at KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm teaching courses in finance and corporate valuation. He has extensive experience as a manager within Corporate Finance. During that tenure he delivered more than 50 ESOPs (Executive/Employee Stock Option Programs) to companies of all sizes and in all industries. He also worked with restructuring of firms and with issuance of financial instruments. He has also been working as CFO in the Swedish branch of a multinational firm.
