President Nils Åberg, Partner of Advokatfirman Carler, a Swedish law firm specialized in turnaround, restructuring and insolvency law. He has extensive experience of turnarounds, business reorganization and voluntary arrangements with creditors. He is regularly appointed as official receiver in bankruptcies and as liquidator, often with international connections. Nils regularly assists creditors and other parties with counterparties in financial difficulties. Finally, he has broad experience of litigation and arbitration, in particular with connection to insolvency.

Besides providing restructuring advice, Jonas has worked on a number of healthy transactions providing financial advice to both Private Equity and Corporate clients.
Jan Åberg is CEO of FR&R Invest AB a subsidiary of Swedbank AB. Jan has a thorough and prevailing experience of distressed situations including credit restructuring, debt to equity swaps and value added management of repossessed assets until exit. Jan has also specialized in corporate finance transactions and held different positions of corporate banking.
Erik Martinsson is a Manager at EY in Forensic & Integrity Services (Forensics), which is EY's specialist department for preventing and investigating fraud and corruption, as well as advisory services in areas such as dispute resolution and bankruptcy.
